I arrived to my appointment and was seen within 5 minutes of my time slot. Dr Noor Ahmad was friendly and listened attentively to my symptoms. After examination, he explained things thoroughly and was very reassuring in his advice. His calm and caring manner put me at ease. I was very impressed with this NHS Out of Hours Service. Thank you.
